Direct Lending Sales Assistant/Customer Care Representative

Overview: Franklin American Mortgage is looking for an experienced, professional individual to join our Retail Direct Lending team.

Duties Include:

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to targeted mortgage customers, gather information, set appointments, and follow up for loan originators.
  • Utilize CRM to maximize contacts, update customer information, and send select marketing messages.
  • Assist VP and IT with system and process improvements.
  • Assist Loan Officers in gathering documents and customer communication.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.


What we need from you:

  • High school graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in phone based sales preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience, to include telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry or related finance industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal (written and verbal) communication and business relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and a drive to follow through on any task assigned.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Resourceful, with strong problem solving skills.
  • Professional dress and demeanor.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
