Inside Sales Representative

 

Overview: Franklin American Mortgage is looking for an experienced, professional individual to join our Retail team. The Inside Sales Representative will help assist Loan Originators (LOs) in their daily tasks through the interaction with borrowers and realtors to generate leads.

Duties Include:

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to targeted mortgage customers, gather information, set appointments, and follow up for loan originators.
  • Utilize CRM to maximize contacts, update customer information, and send select marketing messages.
  • Assist VP and IT with system and process improvements.
  • Assist Loan Officers in gathering documents and customer communication.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • High school graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in phone based sales.
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience, to include telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry or related finance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal (written and verbal) communication and business relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and a drive to follow through on any task assigned.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Resourceful, with strong problem solving skills.
  • Professional dress and demeanor.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
