Project Coordinator II (Retention Marketing) 

Overview: Franklin American Mortgage is looking for an experienced, professional individual to join our Marketing department as a Project Coordinator II. This position will provide support for the Marketing team by working with the Marketing Manager to manage and ensure the timely flow of marketing campaigns and other materials through the department, including: production schedule management and decision-making, and participating in specific tactical marketing executions. The Project Coordinator II must also be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient with basic computer software such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Duties Include:

Manage direct mail and e-mail campaigns, to borrower-base. Develop, maintain, and automate production files (mail/e-mail, suppression, database, client/prospect lists), match files, and final reports for marketing campaigns reaching the majority of the current borrower-base

  • Update and maintain marketing calendar (both direct mail and email), and make recommendations on frequency and testing strategies
  • Own and manage weekly Direct Mail marketing production process:
    • Co-ordinate with data vendors for ordering data
    • Co-ordinate with Mail-house for proofs/ printing/ posting
    • Support activities related to campaign set-up
  • Own and manage weekly e-mail marketing process:
    • Execute e-mail campaigns, using best practices
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with email performance metrics and reporting
  •  Work closely with Risk Management, IT, CRM, and Business Intelligence teams to secure access to proper internal data sources, and maintain data integrity of direct communications with borrowers and reports used to influence marketing expenditure.Work with internal partners to produce any corporate level collateral.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience as a Project/Marketing Coordinator, preferably in mortgage/financial services, or consumer-facing marketing.
  • Proven track record of marketing campaign management.
  • Experience in the direct mail /print processes and proofing.
  • Good knowledge and experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and/or email service provider (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with low tolerance for error.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent formal presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional dress and demeanor.
  • Regular in-person attendance.
